Off-Ice is the key to a skater's success on the ice, improving balance, strength, endurance, and flexibility while offering an opportunity to practice on ice movements including jumps and dances. Off-Ice exercises help to enhance a skater's progress and also prevent injuries by teaching proper warm-up techniques.

Tuesdays | 6:10-6:40 pm |  Strength and Conditioning  | Brittany Brie

Brittany is an experienced, Pilates, dance and fitness instructor!
