Week 1 through  8-StarSkate Training Camp

Newmarket Skating Club will be offering StarSkaters, Bronze through Gold, at least two hours of on ice time as well as one hour of off ice daily.  Off ice classes will include, but not be limited to, flexibility, mobility and cardiovascular training as well as Jump and Spin off ice classes.

Full Day Camp:  8:30 am-4:00pm (Must be 5+ years old)

Training Camp:  8:30am-2pm (Gold Skaters will end @ 2pm 

Training Camp do not participate in any Camp Activities

Campers will receive a Camp T-shirt Day one.  We will ask that they wear this t-shirt through the week

Program Hours are 8.30am-4pm.  You can start to drop off the skaters as early as 8.15am.

Drop off and pick up is MP2 ( The dressing room to the right in the hallway of the lower floor of Magna) Magna Ctr -800 Mulock Drive

Parents must Sign In and Out Daily.   You will be asked to show verification daily even if we know who you are.

Please do not be late for pick up.  Pick up is at 4pm, no later.

Gold Star Skaters please be dressed to skate upon arrival, SILVER/BRONZE you will have off ice.  You will have a stretch class to start off and on the ice for Power Class @ 9.20am.(Bring your camp clothes tshirt/shorts/runners)  When you get to camp on Monday, they will have a schedule when they are on and off the ice.

Canskaters please were your camp clothes, t shirt, shorts and runners as you will not be on the ice until 10.30am.  Please pack skates, helmet, mitts/gloves, warm jacket and pants for skating

Please pack three snacks and a lunch as well as a water bottle.  We are a peanut free environment so please make sure your snacks are SCHOOL SAFE.  Pizza will be provided on Friday for lunch for FULL DAY CAMPERS.

Please be sure to pack sunscreen as we will be having many activities outside on the fields at Magna Ctr.  We will not be leaving the property.

There will be help with skates and getting ready for the sessions.
